One trick is to leave open a bag of paint so that it can swell slightly. Just don't open them all!

you can also put a little nail polish just pass where the ball sits to stop roll out.

ya i looked on there site and this field paint wasnt even mentioned... its very brittle too.
on a side note... i just ordered the TechT iFIT 6 Piece Precision Barrel Boring Kit. it has alot of the smaller bore inserts so il get much better air efficiency and accuracy. with my current barrel the balls rol right out. balls are very small. this kit should help ALOT. cant wait to test it out.
anyway thx guys for ur input. im sure this bore kit i got will solve my problem and then some... thx

I just got a new barrel, smart parts all american with my new ULE mag body.. I cant wait to play. But I did notice the paint was quite small (I may try the open bag trick and see if I can get them to swell a bit). we'll see how this new barrel likes the paint. I may look into getting a pipe kit or something.

PostSubject: OK before I make changes - I like feed back - paint   Fri Apr 30, 2010 11:22 am

First I'd like to state the DXS field paint has been working out, but I have been approached by Kee to sell their paint.
Would everyone be willing to buy the following paint at this pricing or would you prefer to stay with DXS-Field at the current pricing???

Marbalizer - 60.00
Primium - 45.00

Camotec (maybe)

we had all three at one point or another last year.

Feedback by all is requested - based on the feedback on this thread will determine the future of paint sales at the field.

Thanks - Norm owner of field 51.

If the Premium paint is better then the DXS I'd be willing to pay a little more ($5 a case isnt much). The Marbillizer, if its decent tourny paint, isnt that expensive at $60 a case... when I played at rouge the cheapest they had was $60 a case.. and real expensive stuff was pushing $90 a case.

The way I look at it is if its better paint, and more accurate/consistant then I will use less paint to hit someone.. so paying more doesnt bother me.. I'd probably even go with the marbillizer and a bore kit if it makes a difference, I've been eyeballin a pipe kit anyway, but im gonna do some mroe research.

Norm tends to have a better price. The Marbillizer shoots VERY well.

Marbs are way too expensive, and if they are anything like last years, they hurt like a (insert imaginative word)!

Premiums seem to be a good price, but I'll have to use them before I have a "yay" or "nay".

The Redemption paint was really nice... clown
