PostSubject: Barrel question   Sun Oct 07, 2012 10:16 pm

I was wondering if the TPX has the same threading on the barrel as the X7 phenom?

Hrmm I'm gonna have to find one with threads on the end for a mock suppressor. I have a barrel with a fake suppressor, it's just the barrel is 14 inches and the suppressor is 6 inches long.

They do make Barrels that you can put Apex tips on. It gives it the look of a suppressor, but with a function.

I have an APEX 2 barrel with the tip. I also have the rifle barrel with the suppressor. I like the look of it but I just feel it looks odd.

No the 14 inch barrel with a 6 inch suppressor looks too long.

May just get this when I can.

You should ask Woodviper to see his tpx with the apex on his next time you make it to the field.

The part right after the threads has to be thin! Barrels that have extra milling (like dye ultralites) won't fit. Hammerhead barrels are made for tipx's, and they have a threaded end
