Well we had the most pumps on the field than I had ever seen.
The guys with pumps (half of them had new pumps and never played pump in the past) wanted to play pumps against semis.
I wished them luck and agreed. I'm glad I didn't take any bets on this one.......
The pump team won back to back games...mmmmm
Then we mixed the teams up.
This week end I stayed back at the shop, which gave the refs a chance to try out some new things.
First we opened up the Village Field for the radar dish game - This works great.
Also tried out, and again was great, was a Virus game.
Over all the rain held off all day, and everyone had a great day.
On another note we also had a private group of 13 players (mostly in the 12 year old range) after the walk on play wrapped up.
Most had never played before, needless to say they were a little pumped.
Thay all played well, very agressive, I didn't notice any of them hanging back and hiding.
We'll see them on the field before you now it... you've been warned
