it's a pure energy reg, i think. It leaks from the pin. I got the tank like this so, i don't know whats going on.

Easy fix...
If you are not comfortable doing what I will explain then I would be glad to do it for you. DO NOT USE OIL on ANY part of the regulator. (KABOOM!!!)
1. DEGAS THE TANK, LET ALL THE AIR OUT OF THE TANK. (use an ASA that is not plumbed up to a hose) 2. If you can, remove the high pressure side side burst disk (for a 3000psi tank it should be stamped with 5k) This will guarantee that the tank is empty. 3. remove the two set screws oposit of each other on the top bonnet. (these lock the bonnet onto the regulator) 4. Unscrew the bonnet 5. remove the pin from the top of the bonnet 6. replace the small o-ring on the pin 7. reassemble in reverse order.
Oh and you might want to watch this...

What does your old o-ring measure? ID, OD and Cross Section?
In the past I have used a 004 (5/64 ID X 13/64 OD X 1/16 CS) but it may differ from one regulator to another. Also you will want to use Urethane as it will hold up better to the stress than the buna-n will.
If you can not find any I have some. http://www.oringswest.com/
